1. Contact the HairGenesis Department of Consumer Relations at (888) 386-0001. You will be asked to explain the nature of your concern. In many cases our customer service department can resolve the matter to your satisfaction in the20course of one simple phone call. However, assuming you still wish to return your HairGenesis product you will be issued a returns-authorization number (RA#) which must be included with your physical return.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee periods are based solely on the product package purchased. For instance, a three-month package comes with a 90-day conditional guarantee. A twelve-month package comes with a one-year conditional guarantee. Individually purchased items are conditionally guaranteed for one month. Each product package may be returned within the allotted time period associated with the package that was purchased.

3. Once you have obtained your RA#, simply return all used and unused product, including all empty bottles and the original receipt to the address listed below. It is necessary to receive all bottles so that we may ensure that you have consumed the product in accordance with the usage instructions. Please print your RA# (returns authorization number on the outside of the return carton.

We are not responsible for damaged or lost returns. Shipping charges incurred in returning product, if any, are not refundable. A re-stocking fee of 20% will apply to all returns. A return is valid for one purchase per household. Past product returns void any future refunds on any subsequent orders of Hair Genesis products. Failure to follow guidelines shall void product guarantee. In order to assure proper credit for returned product, all returned material must be postmarked and sent within 10 days of RA# issuance to the following address:
